Ultimate Engine Tweaks (Anti-Stutters - Lower Latency - No Film Grain - No Chromatic Aberration - Lossless) provides definitive Unreal "Engine.ini" changes with the goal to remove most stutters, improve performance and stability, decrease input latency, and improve picture clarity. Installation Instructions
Game Pass (Xbox) version:
- Download the appropriate Engine.ini file for your display
- Paste/replace in:
%USERPROFILE%\Documents\My Games\Oblivion Remastered\Saved\Config\WinGDK - Right-Click on the file → Properties → make sure the "Read-Only" box is selected → Apply/OK
Steam & GOG versions:
- Download the appropriate Engine.ini file for your display
- Paste/replace in:
%USERPROFILE%\Documents\My Games\Oblivion Remastered\Saved\Config\Windows - Right-Click on the file → Properties → make sure the "Read-Only" box is selected → Apply/OK
To Uninstall: Simply delete the Engine.ini file
DO NOT USE TOGETHER WITH OTHER "OPTIMIZATION" MODS
(any other non-optimization mod will be compatible)

This mod is absolutely essential! My game went from stuttering constantly to buttery smooth gameplay. Can't believe how much of a difference it makes.
I run Oblivion Remastered with over 100 mods and was experiencing frequent crashes. After installing Ultimate Engine Tweaks, not only did my FPS improve dramatically, but I haven't had a single crash in over 20 hours of gameplay.
Great performance improvements, especially in combat scenarios where I used to get serious frame drops. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of a minor visual glitch with some ENB presets, but the author is working on a fix.
